Quotes are not final and may be revised if the actual moving conditions differ from what you originally told us. Your final price will reflect the services actually performed.
A deposit or payment authorization may be required to secure your booking. Your confirmation or a separate written agreement spells out the payment, cancellation, and other terms. Read your estimate and confirmation closely and tell us at once about any errors or changes.
3. Your Responsibilities as a Customer
You agree to:
- Have your belongings properly packed and ready for transport, unless you have specifically booked packing services with us.
- Provide clear, safe access to both the pickup and delivery locations, including elevators, parking spaces, stairs, and any required building permissions.
- Tell us in advance about any fragile, valuable, unusually large, or special‑handling items.
- Respect the laws, regulations, and building policies your move involves.
- Confirm that you either own the items being moved or have the legal right from the owner to authorize their transport.
4. Items We Do Not Move
Items we may decline to carry include, among others:
- Hazardous, flammable, explosive, or chemical substances
- Illegal items or anything prohibited by law
- Spoilable food, live animals, and plants (except by written agreement)
If you include prohibited items without telling us beforehand, you will be fully responsible for any damages, fines, or penalties that result.
5. Payment Terms
Your estimate or booking confirmation lists the payment terms. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you usually pay a deposit before the move and the rest when we finish.
We may charge extra for any services or conditions not included in your original quote, such as additional labor, extra stops, waiting time, long carries, stairs, or changes to your inventory.
If payment is not made on time, we may charge late fees and, as permitted by law, hold your belongings until the full amount is paid.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Canceling or moving your date follows the notice rules and fees in your estimate, confirmation, or cancellation policy.
A late cancellation or change may cost you the deposit or extra fees covering our expenses.
We may need to cancel or reschedule your move due to circumstances outside our reasonable control (for example, severe weather, unsafe conditions, or mechanical breakdowns). If that happens, we will let you know as soon as possible and work with you to find a new date that works.
7. Our Responsibility for Loss or Damage
Our liability for lost or damaged goods is limited as allowed by law and any specific terms in your estimate or bill of lading.
You should inspect your items upon delivery and write down any visible damage on the delivery paperwork. For hidden damage, you must notify us in writing within the time period stated in your documents.
The valuation option you pick may cap our liability further; added protection costs extra. We aren’t responsible for damage from events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, extreme weather, or pre‑existing flaws in your belongings.
8. Limitation of Liability

9. Intellectual Property
